His journey has taken him through some of the world's most dynamic culinary scenes, allowing him to refine his craft while staying true to the rich traditions of Mexican cuisine.
Now, Chef Luis is bringing his passion and expertise to Hanoi, introducing the genuine tastes of Mexico to the Tay Ho neighborhood. He is excited to share a menu crafted from traditional recipes, time-honored techniques, and the authentic ingredients that define his culinary heritage.
