Despite having traveled and learned from so many cultures, I always return to my roots: Mexican cuisine. I love to recreate the most authentic flavors, like those found in a grandmother’s kitchen, but with a modern and delicate touch.
For me, a good dish not only nourishes, it also tells a story and brings happiness. Beyond restaurants, I have also taught gastronomy, guiding both university students and kitchen teams in different countries. To me, teaching is as valuable as cooking, because in both you pass on something meaningful that lasts in others.
Today, I continue with the same passion as when I began: bringing a piece of Mexico to the world, while letting the world inspire me in return.
